Obituary for Lorraine C. Van Keuren

Lorraine C.   Van Keuren
Lorraine C. Van Keuren, 80, of Bethlehem, passed away suddenly on February 20, 2018 in LVH-Muhlenberg Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the beloved wife of the late H. James Van Keuren and together they shared 52 years of marriage until his passing in 2011. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Wallace O. and Anna Mary (Guth) Cunfer. She was a graduate of Liberty H. S. class of 1955. Most important to Lorraine were raising her family and Christ Church, UCC, where she was a member of the choir, women's fellowship, Senior's Club, peanut makers, past treasurer of Rubicon and Mother's Plus. Also she more recently volunteered at Boutique At The Rink during the last four years.

Survivors: She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Van Keuren of Bethlehem; son, Harry J. Van Keuren Jr. and his wife, Phyllis of Bethlehem Twp.; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Cunfer and brother, Donald Cunfer.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in Christ Church UCC, 75 E. Market Street Bethlehem, where relatives and friends will be received from 10:30-11:00 A.M. Condolences may be offered online at www.jamesfuneralhome.org.
