Obituary for Doris B. Lambert

Doris B.  Lambert
Doris Betty Lambert, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, July 18th., in Westminster Village. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Lambert. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Josiah and Mamie (Smale) Kresge. She and her husband owned the former Zesto's later named Lambert's Drive-in on Pembroke Rd. for many years. Doris was also a square dance caller and was an active member of Christ Church UCC, Bethlehem, where she was a Sunday school teacher for 50 years, an usher, peanut maker, and a member of the Mother's Plus, Women's Fellowship, Couple's Club, Friendship Club; as well as a member of the Woman's Club of Bethlehem.

Survivors: She is survived by a daughter, Lanette Habingreither of North Whitehall Twp.; son, Kerry J. Lambert (Janice) of Breinigsville; grandchildren, Justina and Austin Lambert. She was also preceded in death by 4 brothers and sisters.

Services: Viewing, Friday from 6-8:00 P.M. JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem and on Saturday from 11-12:00 Noon followed by a funeral service at 12:00 Noon in Christ Church UCC, 75 E. Market Street, Bethlehem. Burial will be in Bethlehem Memorial Park.

Contributions: In Lieu of flowers a donation to Christ Church UCC.in memory of Doris would be appreciated.
