Obituary for Joseph Vaderna

Joseph  Vaderna
Joseph Vaderna, 86, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully in Whitehall Manor on Thursday, Sep. 22, 2016. Born in Barsonyos Hungary, he served in the Hungarian Military. In 1957 he escaped communist Hungary and later immigrated to America and became a citizen of which he was most proud. He worked at Bethlehem Steel for over 30 years and was a member of the Philadelphia Hungarian Sportsman's Club. He was a member of the former St. John Capistrano Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Joseph was preceded in death by 2 brothers. He is survived by a sister in law and nieces and nephews all in Hungary.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St. Bethlehem. Procession to the grave will form in front of Mausoleum. Arrangements entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfuneralhome.org
